A week on from the Gamma Ball Rally 2026, I’ve had time to reflect on what an incredible few days it was - and just how much collaboration, planning and trust it takes to deliver a seamless three‑day overseas event.

Delivering an event across multiple countries, with new hotels, activity partners and venues, always brings its challenges. From the very first conversation, you quickly get a sense of the service you can expect and whether a supplier is truly the right fit. When you’re working with a large number of partners, those relationships become absolutely essential.

Supplier Appreciation

A huge thank you to all the suppliers who helped make this year’s rally such a success:

šŸ Brands Hatch, Kent

šŸš† LeShuttleĀ

šŸ» Duvelorium, Bruges

šŸ“ Bie Us, Bruges

šŸØ Radisson Blu Hotel BrugesĀ Ā

šŸ† Tero

šŸ„‚La Boheme, Reims

šŸØ Radisson Hotel ReimsĀ Ā

šŸ—ŗļø CityDaysĀ Ā

🚢 Bateaux à Roue, Paris

šŸØ Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Every element was delivered exactly as expected, creating a smooth, enjoyable experience for our guests from start to finish.

People, Energy and Spirit

Of course, an event is about far more than logistics. Bringing together around 80 people - from over 20 different businesses - and watching everyone embrace the spirit of the rally was fantastic. The competition, the laughter and the shared moments along the way made this year’s journey truly memorable.

Fundraising Impact

Fundraising remains a huge part of the Gamma Ball Rally. Supplier sponsorship plays a vital role in helping us deliver the best possible experience, while the fundraising itself gives the event a deeper purpose.

A special thank you to Nuvias UC, Virgin Media Business, BT WholesaleĀ and AkixiĀ for their support.

This year, participants raised an incredible amount for Action Through EnterpriseĀ and SpecialEffect, with the final total reaching over Ā£75,600 following the gala dinner and auction. That money will make a meaningful difference to both charities and the communities they support - something I’m always proud to shout about.

A Final Thank You

So, one week on, a heartfelt thank you to everyone involved - suppliers, sponsors and participants.

Another rally complete. Another set of memories made. šŸ
