Cancellation Policy

Holly Virtual Assistant services are provided with reasonable skill, care and diligence; however, no guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes or results. The Client remains responsible for all final decisions, approvals and the accuracy of any information or materials supplied. The Virtual Assistant shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage or delay arising from the use of the services, including but not limited to issues caused by third‑party providers, system failures or factors beyond reasonable control. By engaging the service, the Client accepts full responsibility for reviewing and verifying all work prior to use.

Cancellation Policy

After the initial three‑month minimum term, either party may cancel the agreement by providing 14 days’ written notice. All completed work and outstanding invoices must be paid in full before the end of the notice period. Any work requested or completed during the notice period will be invoiced as normal. No refunds are issued for services already delivered or time already booked.
