Holly Virtual Assistant services are provided with reasonable skill, care and diligence; however, no guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes or results. The Client remains responsible for all final decisions, approvals and the accuracy of any information or materials supplied. The Virtual Assistant shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage or delay arising from the use of the services, including but not limited to issues caused by third‑party providers, system failures or factors beyond reasonable control. By engaging the service, the Client accepts full responsibility for reviewing and verifying all work prior to use.
Terms & Conditions
1. Free Consultation
All new clients are entitled to a complimentary consultation to discuss requirements, goals, and suitable support options. No commitment is required at this stage.
2. Contract Term
The minimum contract term is three months (90 days) from the service start date. Services may continue on a rolling basis thereafter unless either party provides written notice to end or amend the agreement.
3. Services Provided
Virtual assistant support may include, but is not limited to:

Administrative tasks

Customer enquiries
-
Organisation and scheduling

Business travel arrangements
-
Meeting coordination
-
Social media support
-
Event planning Additional services can be agreed upon as needed.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly (or as otherwise agreed). Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in paused services until the account is settled.
5. Hours & Availability
Support is provided during agreed working hours. Additional or urgent work outside these hours may be accommodated by prior arrangement.
6. Confidentiality
All client information, documents, and communications will be treated as strictly confidential. No information will be shared with third parties without written consent.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to the information, tools, and systems required to complete tasks efficiently.
8. Termination
After the initial three‑month minimum term, either party may terminate the agreement with written notice (typically 14 days unless otherwise agreed).
9. Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. The virtual assistant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
